Siberian Posted February 11, 2012 Posted February 11, 2012 I've drafted a duct run with a certain type of elbows. I'd like to change all of them to another subtype (Mitered → Sharp throat). If I select only one elbow I'm able to do this easily using the properties box, but when I select several of them I'm not able to do this in the same way. I haven't found any way to match the others to the first one either. Any ideas? Quote
NH3man! Posted February 11, 2012 Posted February 11, 2012 I don't do duct work but in piping this is done by changing the routing preference. Should work with duct also. Quote

The elbows change according to the routing preference, but the "Select a part" dialog brings up many other choices beside that of routing preference. Quote
NH3man! Posted February 11, 2012 Posted February 11, 2012 Make sure that you have changed them in the routing preferences. Manage tab, arrow under style manager, choose routing preference, when the box comes up, pick your routing preference and make the changes to the fitting types on the right. That should limit the number of parts it looks for. Quote
