b.muqlueen Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 Hey i have a tiff drawing which is the plotted view in 3/8". what scale factor do i use to get it 1'-0=1'-0 Quote
GhostRider Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 Not sure I understand fully.. I think if your wanting to scale up the image to be 1=1 , I think you would scale it up by 2.6666666667 (1/.375) ... would that be the plot scale to just print it at 1:1, also? not sure about that.. no I think it would be .375 plot scale.... (hope someone corrects me if I'm wrong...) Quote
b.muqlueen Posted October 23, 2008 Author Posted October 23, 2008 Yeah i thought the right # was 2.66. This thing is way off. No prob. It was more out of couriosity Quote
SEANT Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 It could mean 3/8” = 1’-0”. In which case the factor would be (1/.375) * 12, or 32. Quote
