My AutoCAD 2010 version also keeps crashing

it says AutoCAD is running out of system memory and then crashes

Im running a HP Compac DX 2450 on windows XP

Fatal Error - Unhandled e06d7363h

Exception At 775042ebh

Check your Anti-Virus program. We had this issue and found out the AVP was doing live scans in Autodesk/AutoCAD folders which causes these crashes. We fixed it by removing these folders from the live scan paths so it's not scanning all of these files every couple minutes.

When did the problem first occur?

 

What were you doing when the crash occurred?

 

Is the problem repeatable at the same point each and every time?

 

What have you done so far to troubleshoot the problem?

 

Is your version of 2010 current with all updates?

 

Is XP current with all updates?

What graphics card and driver?

32-bit or 64-bit OS?

32-bit or 64-bit AutoCAD?

How much vitual memory do you have?

It tends to happen to me in WinXP when I work with medium to large 3D models and have or had other 3rd party non-Windows Certified applications running that doesn't properly release unused memory when it's done with it.

Have you ever used a memory recapture utility?

.... I used one back in the Windows95-98 era... as I remember, it "sorta worked"
