AutoCAD 2011 freezing up at program startup.

I'm experiencing AutoCAD 2011 locking up / freezing up at program startup.

Everything loads fine in the background of the Welcome Screen . However, itwon't let me past this point.

 

Either i need a way to remove the "Welcome Screen" upon startup. Or asolution to having 2011 startup.

Cant do any work!!!

Would be most gratefull if you could provide a solution. Im not verytechnical! :cry:
