mbon Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 I used to be able to snap to the midpoint of my wall when it had doors/windows in it. Now it snaps to the midpoint between the end of my door/window & the endpoint of my wall. I do not want to snap to the "new" midpoint, I want the midpoint of the entire wall. anyone know how to fix this problem? Quote
SLW210 Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 M2P (mid between two points) and select the end points of the wall. Quote
mbon Posted March 28, 2012 Author Posted March 28, 2012 I never had to use M2P prior to this, and I did not switch versions either. all of a sudden it's like my autocad has taken on all new properties. Quote
SLW210 Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 Sounds like you are now breaking the wall where you insert the windows/doors. Quote
mbon Posted March 28, 2012 Author Posted March 28, 2012 Sounds like you are now breaking the wall where you insert the windows/doors. that is how it's acting, but again, I didn't have this issue before so I don't know where it came from. Quote
SLW210 Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 I would say that would be an Architecture problem if they are wall objects. Quote
