This drawing has the well known AutoCAD copy/paste bug.

 

One way to overcome this is to open a new drawing. Insert the troubled drawing as an exploded block.

 

To prevent the problem in future, you should apply the AutoCAD Hot Fix, but perhaps you are too late to be able to download it.
