sinnerboy Posted April 12, 2012 Posted April 12, 2012 This occurs when using xrefs. If a file is xrefed into your drawing and that x ref file has had some new layers created since the last time you opened the "receiving" file , then AutoCAD is simply saying "hey , these layers were not here before" . The xref manager will group such layers together into a filter. So select all , right click and pick "reconcile layers" . Quote
