AZQueen Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 I am a total noob to AutoCad. I am taking my first semester and my instructor is not very good. I have a circle that I have arrayed 3 smaller circles on. On 4 of the circles I need to rotate the centerlines about 45 degrees. Is there a way to rotate these? ALTENES_TB_52C.dwg Quote
ReMark Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 Your drawing has seven small circles with centers (white) passing vertically and horizontally through four of them. You can rotate the centerlines with the ROTATE command and when prompted to specify the basepoint of the rotation pick the intersection of the two centerlines. When prompted for the angle type then press Enter. Quote
AZQueen Posted May 6, 2012 Author Posted May 6, 2012 Thank you for your help. I got it to work just as you said. Quote
ReMark Posted May 6, 2012 Posted May 6, 2012 Glad to hear you got it all worked out. Thank you for updating us. By the way, keep in mind you can always refer to AutoCAD Help which is just a click away (the "F1" key) too. You're entirely welcomed. Quote
