richard3009 Posted May 2, 2012 Posted May 2, 2012 I wish to use a pdf document as an underlay to draw over in autocad LT 2008 and print off, is it possible. Quote
MSasu Posted May 2, 2012 Posted May 2, 2012 Call the INSERTOBJ command, chose “Adobe Acrobat Document” as type and “Create from File”. Next browse to the PDF file you want to insert. Quote
richard3009 Posted May 2, 2012 Author Posted May 2, 2012 Is the resolution of the pdf maintained it looks a pixilated when I zoom in Quote
MSasu Posted May 2, 2012 Posted May 2, 2012 There is also the PDFATTACH command, but don’t know if is available in AutoCAD 2008. If the PDF was scanned, then pixelated appearance at increased zoom level is normal. Quote
richard3009 Posted May 2, 2012 Author Posted May 2, 2012 No the pdf when in the Autocad file is imported at a much lower resolution Quote
