strange UCS icon

Hi, can someone please tell me what that big red-head-pin doing on my drawing?

When UCS is at World, it stick at the Z axis (see insert picture at the bottom left corner).

Did you enter GOOGLE EARTH coordinates for it?

No. But perhaps I did, I set the my location using Location Picker at the Map provided.
