WERDNA Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 My clouds can be a bit untidy at times, ultimately I would like neat square and rectangle shaped clouds, can anyone offer some tips? Quote
MSasu Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 In newer versions of AutoCAD the REVCLOUD command had an option named Object which allow you to convert a closed polyline (i.e. a rectangle) to a revison cloud. Please check if this is available in your version. Quote
tzframpton Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 Also note there is an alternative style that I like to use called Calligraphy. Command: revcloud Minimum arc length: 1/4" Maximum arc length: 1/4" Style: Calligraphy Specify start point or [Arc length/Object/Style] <Object>: S Select arc style [Normal/Calligraphy] <Calligraphy>:C Arc style = Calligraphy Quote
WERDNA Posted July 6, 2012 Author Posted July 6, 2012 Nice one, thanks, wish I had asked the question a long time ago. Quote
rkent Posted July 6, 2012 Posted July 6, 2012 I like to set the min and max arc length to two different values and use the object option, then start it again and use the object option again and pick the revcloud that was just created. It gives it a more random look that I prefer. Quote
