Access getfiled dialogue box from a DCL dialogue box

I would appreciate any help with this problem I'm having.

I am designing a dialogue box and need to be able to access and read a text file from a directory. Using lisp I always used the "getfiled". In the DCL dialogue box I'm designing I put an "edit box" and tried to call the "getfiled" command when it was triggered, but it doesn't work. Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong? this is the line of code in the lisp routine:

 (action_tile "eb1" "(setq tagfile (getfiled "Select target file" "c:" "txt" 0 ))" )

Thanks

Each double quote (within action expression) must be preceded by a backslash.

(action_tile "eb1" "(setq tagfile (getfiled \"Select target file\" \"c:\\" \"txt\" 0 ))" )
