Tiny Faces appear through the union of 2 presumably same length objects

Hello,

I have created an object and unioned it with another object of what i assumed was the same length.

These nasty lines appeared and as i zoomed in an unwanted face appeared.

I have tried solid edit and delete face but it says gap cannot be filled. There is another unwanted face i am assuming on the other side but the gap is so small my computer always freezes and slows down before i can get in that close to examine it.

If anyone knows of a way to delete these faces to make one smooth object that would be awesome.

Thanks again

Use Move Faces to align them. It appears it was offset to one side when you unioned them.

That worked but I still have a gross line. I wish there was a delete edge option in solidedit.

Didnt we just techinically delete the face by moving the face in alignment with the other? I am unable to select a face and as i zoom closer and closer, I cannot see any face there. The line is still there though which is odd.
