igones Posted August 21, 2012 Posted August 21, 2012 Hi everyone, Look at the picture. How can I scale the line to show the dashes? If a draw a bigger rectangle the dashes shows up... Is it possible to set a measure for each space? What can I do? I'm drawing in Meters 1 = 1m. Quote
SLW210 Posted August 21, 2012 Posted August 21, 2012 Adjust LTSCALE to suit. Are you using linetypes from acadiso.lin? Quote
igones Posted August 21, 2012 Author Posted August 21, 2012 Yep. acadiso.lin I'll try it now. Thanks! Is it possible for me to create a linetype? Example: . - . - . and set the distance between dot and dash? Thanks! Edit - LTscale is what i was looking for!! =))) Quote

ReMark Posted August 21, 2012 Posted August 21, 2012 Options for creating custom linetypes. http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showthread.php?27454-Options-for-creating-linetypes.&highlight=custom+linetype Quote
eldon Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 I usually use the acad.lin linetypes although I draw in metre units. Those line types were written with simple scaling for the dashes and spaces, and are much easier to predict for scaling. Quote
igones Posted August 22, 2012 Author Posted August 22, 2012 Thanks Remark. I didn't know about that! Quote
mondaymonkey9 Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 If you don't want to change the line type scale for every line, you can click on the desired line you want to change, type in "PR" or "PROPERTIES" or right click --> properties, find the line type scale and play around the with numbers there. Hope that helps. Quote
