From Editable Poly back to object

Hello, I often want to go back from an editable object and modify dimensions and segments. Is there a way to do this?

No, once you convert to editable poly, there is no going back. But it's very easy to edit your object by selecting edges, polygons or vertices and moving them an exact distance by typing in the "move amount" in the "Move Transform Type-In" dialog. Just type in a positive or negative number in the X, Y or Z box under "Offset: World".

 

To open the "Move Transform Type-In" dialog, simply right click on the "Select and Move" icon in the toolbar.
