REVIT Labels that have Arc Leaders?

I have a multi-category tag i use for identifying piping sizes inverts etc. and would like to use an arc type leader with the label. Is this possible? I tried setting up a parameter with a yes/no option but dont know where to start for the formula. I wish their was a simple leader tool in REVIT.
