cathy100 Posted September 9, 2012 Posted September 9, 2012 Hi all, i set my polar tracking 30 deg but whenever i want to draw 30 or 45 deg my line segment moves very slow. it moves 12,13,14,etc and very hard to get 30 or 45 deg right away. Please helppppp. Quote
ReMark Posted September 9, 2012 Posted September 9, 2012 You could just skip polar tracking and draw your line using direct distance entry at the command line. For example, if I wanted to draw a line 100 units long at an angle of 45 degrees I would start the line command, pick my start point then type @100 Could the "slowness" come from the fact you have Grid/Snap enabled? cathy100 Posted September 10, 2012 Author Posted September 10, 2012 Thank you Remark. I disabled the grid/snap but it still doesn't work. . Quote
Dadgad Posted September 10, 2012 Posted September 10, 2012 You need to go into your DYNAMIC INPUT tab on the DRAFTING SETTINGS and make sure the two options circled in red are unchecked. I too would suspect the Grid Snap option when mouse performance becomes erratic. Quote
cathy100 Posted September 10, 2012 Author Posted September 10, 2012 Thank you so much Dadgad. It worked. I couldn't do anything until now.Thank you thank you. You save my life Quote
