Can't change pipe network inner diameter

I'm trying to change a pipe's inner diameter from 375 mm to 250 mm. I click on the pipe, go to pipe properties, pick the drop down and change it to 250. When I go apply, it reverts back to 375. Also, I've tried clicking on the structure, and then going to connected pipes and trying to change it from there but it reverts to 375.

 

Anything wrong with my network? Why can't I change it?

 

I've also tried swapping parts but that's not working either.

Just in case someone else is having this problem, what I did to solve it was to make sure my pipe network catalogue was current. I would go to the menubar, go pipes, set pipe network catalog settings, and make sure it's pathed to the correct... even it is is, I found that doing this step "refreshes" the network... that is seems to work
