How to make a parallel constraint in an assembly

I want to orient a bolt's head in a certain way.

If i impose a mate or flush constraint on one of the side faces of the bolt, it will come to that surface, while i just want it to be parallel to it.

Angle constraint or Mate with offset.

 

Parallel is 0° or 180°.
