Offset a Coincident Constraint in AutoCAD?

Has anyone ever successfully had a Conincident Constraint to be offset? I'm trying to constrain a table and a MTEXT object together but they are "mating" at their Insertion Points. I cannot successfully "move" these two points, keeping them constrained. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Then I won't be able to use the Table in the method I'd want. I would assume not, anyways.
