Doove Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 Hi anyone know how to graphically show all shapes availble in an SHX file (plus their respective names) without having to insert them all on one sheet? anyone have a lisp routine to swap a shape from an SHX file with a block? Cheers Doove Quote
lpseifert Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 1. Google search for SHX Viewer returned this (along with others). 2. Not quite sure what you're asking, but Express tools has a Convert shape to block (shp2blk). Quote

I'll have a go at the shp2blk, hadn't realised i had it - basically I have about 2,500 spot levels that are shapes, I need to convert them to the company's standard spot level symbol which is a block, I was kind of hoping for a lisp that would ask for the name of the shape to change and a block to replace it. I wonder if shp2blk will convert all instances of the shape...? Thanks for the help! Quote
