Transfer AutoCAD LT Licence (PC to Mac)

Hi,

 

I'm thinking of moving over to Mac from PC's. My main software usage is both AutoCAD LT 2012 & SketchUp Pro. I know I'm OK transferring my SketchUp licence (£50) but can I do the same for my LT licence?

 

Any help or info regarding this would be greatly appreciated.
