How to change the selected relation in a sketch

I have a long spline, and i try to make a circle coincident at one point, at the beginning, but when i add a tangent relation it selects an other point.

Add constrained construction line.

i made a simpler part file.

I want to make the circle tangent to a specific point, select every one you like.

There is no Nearest constraint, like in Autocad.

And, how do i constrain a spline? i gave two dimensions but it isn't enough.

Should i dimension every vertex of the spline?

I do not see construction line as I instructed to create.

There is no obvious location for your desired tangent location.

More information is obviously needed.

I have made another simple drawing. i don't know what construction line to draw, for example:

If i make a tangent constraint between the circle and the leftmost line, the circle snaps with it's closed side to the line.

Let's say i want it to be tangent at the other side of the line, what to do?

Sounds like you are making this wayyyyyy harder than it should be.

This is a sketching environment - simply drag to close to where you want it and then add constraints.

Nothing in your sketch is dimensioned.

I recommend sketching one line or one circle or arc or something and dimension immediately.

Your design intent in not clear.
