LS10 Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 I have a drawing with different coloured polylines, i have recieved this drawing from an external source and when i go to print the drawing all the polylines retain there correct colours whereas all the rest of the drawing is in black/greyscale (as i want it to be), however when i add my own polyline and make it blue, when i come to print it goes to black. How can i make this polyline print in blue while all the building stays in the black/greyscale. I know this sounds like a long winded question, but i dont know how else to phrase it:) Quote
ReMark Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 Put it on its own layer? What are you trying to accomplish here? Make you line stand out from the rest of the drawing? Quote
LS10 Posted November 7, 2008 Author Posted November 7, 2008 Thats exactly what i'm trying to achieve Mark, trouble is i've no idea why the other polylines print in colour because the ctb file used is a black and white one, which is why i'm so confused. Quote
nocturne00 Posted November 8, 2008 Posted November 8, 2008 Check the colors used for the layers, They may have used True Colors and not index colors. True Colors even when set to monochrome printing will print out their set color. just change the set color of the Polyline layer to an Index Color. Quote
wannabe Posted November 8, 2008 Posted November 8, 2008 Do you have any colours in your ploy style assigned as black?e.g the ones you are using for your polylines. Quote
