Your first post seems to suggests different From paper space, you can take a view of this model at whatever scale you like. There are a number of ways of applying the desired scales to the viewport. If you don't know how to do it, you can check it in help. I wouldn't advise changing the scale of the actual model by using the scale command. Leave it a 1:1. Quote
