Problem with installing product and the options tab

I've installed a student version of autocad 2013...When I go to the "options" dialog box i'm not seeing the AEC tabs...At work i have 5 AEC tabs starting with AEC Editor...DOes anyone know why i wouldnt be seeing these tabs on my home computer?

No. Its just straight Autocad 2013. Is that why?
