Major Z plane trouble

I have been working on this framing plan and come to find out - much of the text and some of the lines are being entered off of the 0 - Z plane.

 

Can anyone help me get everything down to 0? Flatten does not work and I have searched high and low for a resolution, but I'm not getting anywhere.

 

I know the lines are mostly at 0, which makes it very confusing that the text would enter off of the 0 - Z plane.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated. I have attached a pdf of my problem. Notice the text is floating.

Did you try adding this macro to a Button?

Thanks for the reply. Can you tell me how to create a button in Autocad 2012 Architecture? Sorry for my ignorance.

I figured out how to create a button, but I do not know how to apply your code to it.

Ok, I think I got it and it worked, but the drawing is all out of whack since I probably drew things off of the Z 0 plane.

 

Just have to rework some stuff, but I really appreciate your help.
