Hi all,

Because today everybody is dreaming of Christams....and not working, I have had enough time for register with you. I've started to use AutoCAD2000 3D three months ago....and I am full with questions and questions.

First off all, I've designed a plastic cover which will be vacuum formed.

I've made 3 fillet on 3 edges and I've noticed an unwanted and unpleasant sharp corner :?

Can somebody help me to remove it ? I was thinking to add a sphere but I don't think that I now where to choose its center.

English is not my first language so I really hope that all of this makes sence to you.

Many thanks in advance!

Order of fillet operations is critical in getting best results.

Do these Red fillets first, and then the Blue fillets using the Loop option of Fillet command.

I would have done this much earlier in the operations and then used Solidedit Shell then the other features.

Too late for that now, but you can use the Solidedit Delete Face to remove the fillets and then put them back in correct order.

Yes, it works, I am so happy. It is real great when somebody can show you a different way and you are not stucked with your ideas.

I used Chain option of the Fillet comand after I selected one edge from the "blue part" and it seams that AutoCAD makes all the fillets once....with no sharp corner :)

Thanks again and have a Jolly Christmas !
