BIGMIKE09281946
I use MS Excel to perform a multitude of mathematical calculations that I find very useful when I work on my AutoCAD lessons. I have a particular worksheet that calculates the drawing limits, DIMSCALE & LTSCALE using information derived from the ACAD_scale = ACAD_plot / ACAD_size formula. I am wondering if there are many of you that have a few bags of tricks that you can divulge, that would make our AutoCAD life a lot easier. Perhaps we could combine them all into one nice package that can be made available for download. Thoughts & comments, please. I have attached that file I was having difficulty scaling. 12b-unit.dwg
tzframpton
That's all relative to the plot scale you will be working with, 1st of all. What's your plot scale going to be?
BIGMIKE09281946
I guess I should include the file in question when I start the thread, as I have no control over attachments in the reply to box I will start a new thread with the file attached
