The error message helps explain:

 

Cannot sweep or extrude a self-intersecting curve.

1 object removed from selection set.

 

Your polylines are not "clean", they have an overlapping segment and are not closed.

You can give the closed polyline heights using the PressPull command but doing so the way you have the pattern constructed might be time consuming.

 

Can I make a suggestion?

 

When you have gone through all the trouble of creating a layer and assigning a color to the layer would you please consider NOT overriding the layer color. Color should be set to ByLayer and adhered to as much as possible.
