I Just Completed A Drawing With A Titleblock, I Inserted A Raster Image Into The Titleblock (company Logo) It Was A Tif Image And When I Saved The Drawing Shutdown My P.c. I Returned Later And When I Opened That Same Drawing The Raster Image No Longer Was Showing On My Drawing, Just A Box With Little Tiny Lettering Saying Were The Original File Is Stored On My Computer. Why Doesn't It Save The Raster Image I Inserted And Secondly What Do I Do To Remedy This Problem.

Try reinserting it again. It apparently lost it's path. You can also unload and reload through the IMAGE command. Is the image being stored in the drawing file itself? Hope I'm making sense.

It doesn't save the image with the file because that's the way the software works. There is only a link created from the drawing to the image. (If you send a drawing with an image, this will happen also unless you send the image as well. Or you can use e-transmit under the file menu). It sounds to me like the image itself has been moved out of the folder that it was in when you originally inserted it into the drawing.

It's easily solved. I can't remember 2005 exactly but under the Insert Menu, there should be something like 'Image Manager'. If you click on the image name, there should be an option to update the link. You will need to browse to where the image is now loacted.
