rmr jam Posted November 14, 2008 Posted November 14, 2008 Can you change the appearance or colors of a dialog box? I am using Autocad Mechanical 2009. For example, in my "select color" dialog box, when I move the arrow over a color box, the arrow changes to a box around the color that I am over. The box is white and so is the frame around the color swatches. Therefore, I cant see exactly which one I am over until I select it. Can I change the color of this box, or the color of the frame around the colors? Quote
Strix Posted November 14, 2008 Posted November 14, 2008 no idea, but you can probably use the windows settings to change your dialogue boxes and highlighting colours Quote
Tankman Posted November 14, 2008 Posted November 14, 2008 rmr jam, welcome to the cadturor forums. Can you 'click on' the object, properties, color. Change the color to whatever you like. That'll change the color of the object you've picked. Change the AutoCAD drop down dialog box? I don't think so. Quote
rmr jam Posted November 14, 2008 Author Posted November 14, 2008 Thank you. I was trying to change it in Autocad. Shouldve realized that was a windows setting for a the dialog box. I must have changed the db background color some time in the past changed it back to default and now I can see clearly. Thanks for the help. Quote
