Siberian Posted February 23, 2013 Share Posted February 23, 2013 When drawing a flexible duct or pipe, for some reason the ends don't have the typical "plus" sumbol for adding pipe or duct. tzframpton Posted February 24, 2013 Share Posted February 24, 2013 With Flex Duct, there's not an option to "Add Flex Run" like there is with normal duct that I know of. Other than residential or very small/light commercial, running flex duct more than +/- 5 feet is usually not allowed under code (in the USA that is). This will allow to grip stretch those points also. This comes in handy during coordination when they ask you to route your flex around that pesky fire protection pipe!
