Dode1970 Posted March 8, 2013 Posted March 8, 2013 Hi ! Please can anyone help me with this question ? I am currently deciding whether to invest money in buying Revit LT. I think that I need to do 3D views of interiors as my clients are being asked to provide them for presentation purposes. I would like to know if it is possible to produce decent 3D views in Architecture and render (even in a basic format) them too. If I can do this then I don't need to spend money on Revit LT or similar but maybe just some money on training. I would really appreciate some advice and if anyone has any samples of 3D views that would help me decide if it is the right thing to do then thart would be really great. Does that all make sense !?!?!? I am an interior designer mainly office/commercial design. Thanks for any help ! Kind regards, Deborah Leach Quote
SLW210 Posted March 8, 2013 Posted March 8, 2013 I would think AutoCAD Architecture should do just fine, Autodesk also has Showcase that works with Architecture 2013, if you want to purchase something specifically for rendering 3d interiors, you might look at 3DS Max or Modo. All will require some training. For examples of what some software can achieve, have a look through the CADTutor Showcase forums. (NOT associated with Autodesk Showcase.) Quote
