Control Visibility for linked model

I am having trouble changing the visibilty of a revit file that is linked into my project. I want to change the link to be very light grey and a very thin line weight. It needs to reflect on the floor plans to show where the equipment is. I am looking high and low and trying all sorts of things in the vg menu but i am having no luck. Anyone have any solutions

Any other suggestions Le Roy? That did not work. I believe its because our plotter because halftone has never worked for any project. I tried following your post but changing the line weight to 1 and color to a really light gray but that did nothing as well.
