Ski_Me Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 I need a drawing of a smoke detector installation, anybody have a good site to check out that might have one? Quote
JD Mather Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Probably take me less time to model one than search, but try grabcad.com 3dcontentcentral.com seek.autodesk.com I decided to give it a go myself http://lmgtfy.com/?q=smoke+detector+dwg+file Quote
Ski_Me Posted May 7, 2013 Author Posted May 7, 2013 I did spend more time looking for a drawing than finding one which I didn't. I'll try to draw one, will post my result here when I finish it. Quote
RobDraw Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 Not sure if this is what you are looking for. If not maybe something at that site is. http://www.bibliocad.com/library/smoke-detecting--mechanic--installation_32483 Quote

Not willing to pay. Quote

Ja ja ja, I didn't look close enough to see that it was Spanish. I wouldn't pay for it either. If you like that drawing, it shouldn't take long to recreate. In addition to what ReMark said, fire alarm system vendors often have easy access to CAD details. Quote
