JD Mather Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 The Sheet Metal Style > Thickness, doesn't match the actual part thickness. One is set to .12 and the other to .125 Correct this thickness issue. Delete the existing flat pattern and recreate (best to select curved face before selecting Flat Pattern). BTW - this part would have been easier to model using Contoured Flange sheet metal feature.
