CALCAD Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 JonThePope, What are you asking? Does this program not work for you? It does work on my system, sort of. I don't know enough about all the options to tell if it's doing everything it's supposed to. Quote
ReMark Posted November 19, 2008 Posted November 19, 2008 Jon: Some of your posts could benefit from a bit more information. What are you looking for here? Starting off with a apology for posting too much isn't really much of a question. Even the header is vague. Quote
Lee Mac Posted November 19, 2008 Posted November 19, 2008 My guess, (judging from your last posts), is that you want someone to clean up the LISP that you have posted. But, as your post is pretty vague... this is only a guess.. Quote
ASMI Posted November 19, 2008 Posted November 19, 2008 Does Any One Want To Do This One Too? Have you a clone? Quote

Strix Posted November 19, 2008 Posted November 19, 2008 Jon, the whole point of this forum is that it functions as a reference for other users too, so will you please start your threads with a title which describes what your lisp is supposed to be doing Lots of users here make use of lisps they come across on threads, or go back and post links to old threads in answer to new questions. Vague thread titles is removing functionality from the forum Quote
ReMark Posted November 20, 2008 Posted November 20, 2008 Jon: It would be most helpful if you get with the program. While I appreciate your involvement here at CADTutor and your willingness to share the way you are going about it leads to confusion. New topics/questions should be handled with separate threads. This fosters continuity. A single topic being discussed in a continous thread is easier to follow. Headers, also called Titles, should be clear and descriptive; they should not be cryptic. Some of your titles just leave me scratching my head in puzzlement. I ask myself, "Is Jon asking a question or making a statement? And just what is his intent?" See where we are going with this Jon? Help us to help you by bringing some sense and discipline to your posts. Thanks. Quote
JONTHEPOPE Posted November 20, 2008 Author Posted November 20, 2008 I can see from your point of view how I'm all over the place with all kinds of posts. I really value my membership and will be more straight foward as much as I can . Quote
