ah7391 Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 Hi, Is there a way to set the model space's perspective to that of a viewport (or vis versa)? Thanks, A Quote
ReMark Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 Are you asking how to view your model space objects in a perspective view? Quote
ah7391 Posted June 7, 2013 Author Posted June 7, 2013 No, not exactly. So I set a particular view of the model space in a viewport. Now, when I go to my model space, I want it to display the same exact view as displayed in the viewport. Scale is IRRelevant. I just want the "viewing angle" of the model space to sync to that of the viewport. Does that make sense? Quote

You can pretty much save as many different views as you want, just name them in such a way that you later understand them. You have the option of saving a LAYER SNAPSHOT or not. If all you want is the viewing perspective, then you do not need to save a layer snapshot. You can later access such a view from the dropdown menu on the VIEW toolbar, or certainly from the ribbon, but I don't use it, there is probably a VIEW panel available. Quote
