how to put OGL(NGL) and FRL in Earth Work Cross section

Dear friend plz help me i have lot of Chainage for cut and fill x-section so kindly help me how tu put easily from Excel Sheet.

please urgently any .LISP or other way

I really have no idea what you want. You mention an Excel sheet although instead uploaded a .dwg file.

 

If you want to produce cross sections in AutoCad from an Excel sheet and make them look like the cross sections in the .dwg file then I would say it is almost impossible to do automatically.
