The pgp in "program files" is the default pgp for AutoCAD2013, you can copy that into the User folder.

I believe you are correct that I am missing the pgp file in the Users path. Is that something I can copy from one computer to another or should I try a repair. (I hesitate to do a System Restore because I'm fairly certain that is one of the things our MIS guys did to mess up my system and I have no idea what date they used.)

Yeah, try copying it from another computer first.

We had a similar problem when we upgraded to 2013. Have you had an upgrade? I just copied the pgp file from the previous release (2012) and replaced the 2013 pgp file (after renaming it) and all worked perfectly again. AutoCAD 2014 has the same problem and the same solution has solved it. I used Windows Explorer to find all instances of the pgp file. It would appear that Autodesk have changed the pgp file. You could always edit your pgp file if you find it easier.
