Exporting from Autocad to Rhino as solids

I need to export a model from CAD to Rhino, When I import it in Rhino it comes as meshes, I need it as solids, how should I export it as solids for Rhino?

First of all, Rhino is CAD.

 

When you run the List command on your AutoCAD file, what does the command return as the geometry type(s)?

Can you attach the dwg file here?

I definitely can import a Autocad file to Rhino, My problem is that it imports as meshes, which makes my Rhino model too heavy. i need to import it as solids or surfaces

Are your AutoCAD (CAD) objects solids in CAD or are they meshes there as well? If they are meshes then you can try to convert them in AutoCAD before exporting out. Are you using dwg as the file format for bringing into Rhinoceros (Rhino)?

Yo are correct sorry for the mistake.

The autocad file has solids, When I bring it into Rhinoceros it comes as Meshes.

Depending on the version of Rhino, you may need to export AutoCAD solids as ACIS (.SAT) format. If that is applicable, look into the ACISOUT command.
