Lee Mac Posted July 31, 2013 Posted July 31, 2013 Since you are not looking to learn AutoLISP, try this existing program by CAB (may require membership to access).

Tuns Posted July 31, 2013 Posted July 31, 2013 Every time I see this guy post anything he "NEEDS SOMETHING ASAP" and he is also very impatient about it... Have you ever tried using google to learn how it even works, prodromosm?
jdiala Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 Based on the picture. He already have an existing program. All he has to do is: 1. Click on text value. 2. Click OK ;; which I'm not going to do since there are lots of people on Cadtutor at my disposal that will write me a code. I'll skip this step. 3. Move the mouse and click away. Just a thought... 3 clicks of the mouse may break you finger so you better do it by 2.
Guest Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 ok men forget about it. Thanks for nothing !!! I dont have the time to learn lisp .I ask for a little help here Lee can you write for me an example with two boxes (1 / P) and (2 / P) ???. stop shooting me and stop sent me useless link.
eldon Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 Perhaps you have the wrong idea about this forum. The clue is in the name "CADTutor".
Guest Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 You are arrogant because you know a few things about lisp.Stop doing lessons and help. if you want OK
ReMark Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 Patience is a virtue. Acquire some, along with a little tact, and maybe people will be more helpful. Just a suggestion. Did you even bother to register over at The Swamp or did you just expect you could go there and immediately download the program?
f700es Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 ok men forget about it. Thanks for nothing !!! I dont have the time to learn lisp .I ask for a little help here . stop shooting me and stop sent me useless link. OK, in your 1st post it seemed you demanded instead of asked for help. Here let me help you... "Hey guys, I need some help in finishing this lisp routine for inserting text. Here is what I have so far.....Here is the code behind what I have...and here is what I would like it to do..." See what a difference just in the simple change of tone I achieved in being a bit more pleasant in the wording? It's not hard. I think the initial responses you got were based on the tone in your 1st post. So you can choose to remain here and tone it down a bit and be a bit more patient or you can seek other avenues. Remember the old saying... "failure to plan on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part" I know squat about lisp but I have "asked" for help here in the past and was more than rewarded for being nice and patient.
