Working with bit maps...

Recommended Posts

Still having difficulty utilizing bit maps in my drawing templates. I've attached the current file I'm working on, almost done but for page 10 (profile dwg).

I had some success with the cover sheet but can't seem to do the same with my profile drawing. I did the profile drawing in Visio & inserted into my template as a dwg file. Please help, I can't understand why I keep struggling with this seemingly simple function...

Guess I can't post the file afterall as it exceeds the forum limit!

Please explain how.

I have a DropBox Account but it's specific to sponsor?

I have created a new DropBox account and copied the dwg file I have been working on.

Primary issue is with page 9, profile drawing. I am attempting to do the same thing that seemed to work for the cover page,

drawing my design features on top of bit map.

slugula, that's an e-mail link. A dropbox link will be like a standard web link. Like this....

Make sure the file is in your public folder, this makes it easier to share. Select the file (but don't click on the text) and then at the top of the column select copy public link.
