hi i have a 3d model of some unistrut that i have to attach to a 2d drawing to call up some details. is it possible to just display outer lines when in plan in a 2d layout? because of the shape of the strut the multiple lines show up as one thick line on the drawings and they look terrible. any help much appreciated

VisualStyles.PNG

An example of a layout containing two viewports. The top one utilizes a 2Dwireframe visual style while the bottom one utilizes a Hidden visual style.

AutoCAD 2012 I see.

Your options for 2D output include:

1. Flatshot

2. SectionPlane

3. SolProf

4. ViewBase

5. SolView/SolDraw
