Cannot move component in assembly

I cannot move the part in the assembly, even though i suppress the constraining mate, and all other mates too, and uncheck adaptivity

Turn off Adaptivity (see first part in browser).

Why are you using Adaptivity rather than multi-body solids (much easier for a beginner)?

 

You assembly won't work anyhow as you haven't left any clearance for motion and manufacturing tolerance.

At home it works, the files that i sent.

I made another position representation, and in that representation the adaptive option is greyed out in both, the first part and the part that i want to move
