C3D 2011 Curve tag issues, Help

I'm having issues with the labels looking different when xref'd into another drawing. Primarily Curve tags.

Any help would be appreciated. See the screenshot:

I'd hesitate a guess that it is a bug.

It could be a style issue, or it could be a scale issue. Curve label styles have an offset value. Maybe the arrow size is too big to display. Hard to tell without seeing the style definition.
