ACAD MEP 2011 Block counting question

I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I drew and named several different blocks and copied them all around in an HVAC layout. Is there a quick way to count them with MEP 2011? Thanks in advance.

You could use DATAEXTRACTION, FILTER, or LIST (I think, don't use List myself).

I don't use MEP either, but am guessing that you will have those commands too.

Are these standard blocks or AutoCAD MEP objects (aka AEC Objects)?
