My Quick Object properties window is missing on my autocad screen, in some drawings that i opened, when i clicked on the line or others, the QP window will pop up so i can change colors, layers......, on the bottom of the screen by the snap tool i did turn on the QP tool but the QP window didn't show up. please help.

You could just set your properties menu itself to "auto-hide" so that it's always up but only pops up when you hover over it. It's less pesky than quick properties in my opinion. The way you do this is just open your properties menu, right click the menu bar, then click "auto-hide". If you really only want the quick properties, then can you put a drawing here or be more clear about whats happening?

It seems odd that it would work in some drawings but not in others. That is what you are saying right?

First, thank for you guys replies, Please see the screen shots below for detail, first Pic, i clicked on the line but i did not see the Q.P window pop up but i copy the same drawing and paste to new autocad and the QP window show up. how can i get the window to pop up on the first pic, it was hidding somewhere. i can't do the hard way by right click on the line and open the Q.P but this should be simple to get the Q.P open when i click on any obj in DWG

Copy same drawing and paste on the new blank Autocad and the Q.P show up: See below

Is it possible it somehow opened up but out of your field of view?

Check the settings for the quick properties on both the new drawing and the current one and see if they're the same.
