cruse
Hi, i have been trying to search for an answer for this question but without any luck. First i have to mention i am using a mac and since i am the only 1 in my class who uses mac, no one can help me. We are supposed to make a block (window for house) and in the windows version, apparently when entering BLOCK EDITOR - a tool palette comes up where you are able to choose "Linear Parameter" and then an arrow comes up where you can pull the arrows to each side. MY PROBLEM: is that when i enter block editor this tool palette doesnt show, and i cant find where this linear parameter is. Can any1 give some advice? Thanks
ReMark
Have you tried looking in the AutoCAD for Mac HELP file?
neophoible
You might take a look at this page: http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=19483315&linkID=15839490 Possibly of special interest (I don't use a Mac): Features only available in AutoCAD for Mac Coverflow Multitouch Visual Quickview Layout Visor Cocoa-centric collapsible and dockable Palette System Alternatives Exist DesignCenter (the equivalent in AutoCAD for Mac is the Content Palette) Tool palettes (the equivalent in AutoCAD for Mac is the Content Palette) Quick Properties palette (the AutoCAD for Mac property palette has “Essential” and “All” views)
ReMark
I found this in the AutoCAD for Mac 2013 Help file. Note: Dynamic blocks can be inserted and manipulated in a drawing, but cannot be created or edited in the Block Editor. Online help for 2011, 2012 and 2013 along with tutorials can be found here...http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/index?siteID=123112&id=15839814&linkID=15839488

You can also use it to add dynamic behavior to blocks.
